My culinary journey began at 18, where I discovered a deep passion for cooking in the heart of the kitchen. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in refining my craft and falling in love with the art of bringing people together through food.
Guided by the creativity and mentorship of esteemed Kaua‘i chefs, I spent years developing my culinary identity. In 2018, at age 23, I founded Kaua‘i CUT Catering, a private chef business rooted in community, sustainability, & elevated island sourced flavor.
At Kaua‘i CUT Catering, we offer more than just a meal. We deliver intimate, island-style, farm-to-table experiences. With close ties to local farmers and fishermen, each ingredient is thoughtfully sourced and seasonally inspired, bringing the true essence of Kaua‘i to the table.
