I have worked at numerous kitchens on Kaua'i and collaborated with esteemed chefs to cultivate my personal culinary style. Inspired by the abundance of farm-fresh vegetables, tiny local farmer stands, and the markets, I have merged my simple yet elegant approach with a local twist, crafting dishes bursting with bright flavors. With a passion for coursing out food I want ensure guests can savor each moment of their event, I strive for my creations to promise a gratifying dining experience, leaving my guests feeling thoroughly content.
