ABOUT ME
Aloha, my name is Chef Jordan Vernola, and I’m proud to be born and raised on the island of Kaua‘i.
My culinary adventure began at the age of 18, where I discovered a deep passion for cooking in the bustling heart of the kitchen. Since then, I’ve fully immersed myself in this journey—honing my skills, refining my craft, and falling in love with the art of bringing people together through food.
Guided by the creativity and mentorship of esteemed Kaua‘i chefs, I’ve spent years cultivating my vision and developing my culinary identity. In 2018, at the age of 23, I took a leap of faith and founded Kaua‘i Cut Catering—a private chef business rooted in community, sustainability, and local flavor.
At Kaua‘i Cut Catering, we offer more than just a meal—we deliver an intimate, island-style, farm-to-table experience. With close ties to local farmers and fishermen, every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced and seasonally inspired, bringing the true essence of Kaua‘i to your plate with every bite.
